1.0 Delivery
1.1 Your goods will be delivered after payment by credit card, debit card, or cheque.
1.2 If your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of dispatch, you will have
the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment.
1.3 Where an incorrect address has been given with the
order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

2.0 Cancellations & Returns
2.1 If the goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in
the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or
dispatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been
collected or returned.
2.2 If the goods are not faulty you have 7 days from the day after the
goods arrive to cancel the order and return the goods for a refund.
Cancellations must be confirmed to the Company in writing by letter, email
or fax.
Goods
collected will be subject to a carriage and re-stocking charge.
A refund/credit
note
will be provided within 30 days provided the goods are returned unused and
in an undamaged condition within a reasonable time.
2.3 If any returned or collected goods are not faulty a 25% restocking fee will apply.
2.4 Orders cancelled prior to despatch will be subject to a 15% cancellation
fee to cover credit/debit card fees and administration costs.. Cancellations
to be confirmed in writing by letter, email or fax.
A refund
will be provided within 30 days.
2.5 Any cancellations and returns must be authorised by Word of Design
Limited and returned to the address specified.

3.0 VAT, Import Duty and Other Sales Taxes
3.1 All prices listed on the site exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.0 Privacy
4.1 We do collect the information given at the time of your order. This
information is not disclosed to any third party.
4.2 We do not email customers except in connection with your order, you will
receive no newsletters, special offers or other spam. From time to time your
address details may be used for postal marketing.
4.3 We aim to offer a top quality service at the best price possible, to do
this we need to reserve the right to change the above policies at any time.
4.4 All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data
Protection Act 1998
4.5 If you wish to opt out of any postal marketing please email your details

4.6 We can provide a full schedule of all information collected on an
individual for a fee of £10.00, we will require significant proof of
identification. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 the
information will be provided within 40 days of required level of
identification.
5.0 Security
5.1 We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your
order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held
liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to
information provided by you.
6.0 Pricing
6.1 Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate
as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional
circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances,
customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and
offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
6.2 If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the
erroneous price is less than the cost price of the item, we reserve the
right to offer to process the order at cost price or offer the opportunity
for the customer to cancel the order.
6.3 Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for one
week after the order is placed. If the price changes when stock becomes
available customers will be informed of the change before payment is
processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
7.0 Business Customers
7.1 If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for
business purposes, we shall not be liable to you for any business loss
including loss of profits, (whether direct or indirect) data, revenue,
goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a
result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be
limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for
death or personal injury. You will not export any goods purchased from us in
contravention of United States of America export controls.
7.2 If you have a credit account with us payment is due 30 days after the
date of our invoice and we may charge interest for late payment calculated
daily at 4% above HSBC base rate both before and after judgement.
8.0 General
8.1 We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
8.2 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any
disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
